If you create an account, we store your email address and saved simulator configurations so you can access them across devices. Your configuration data includes the job details, 401k settings, and IRS limits you enter into the simulator.

If you use Run the Numbers without an account, all data stays in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide the Run the Numbers service: saving and loading your simulator configurations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or financial data with third parties.

Data Storage & Security

Account data and saved configurations are stored in a secure database. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page views and visit counts. This data does not include personal information, financial data, or anything you enter into the simulator. No advertising or third-party tracking scripts are used.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication if you sign in. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies.
